About the Role:

n

The Food & Beverage Attendant is a key frontline role responsible for delivering exceptional service across various hospitality settings including the bar, restaurant, room service, conferencing, and events. This position ensures guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience through attentive service and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Warmly greet and seat guests,



providing menus and assistance as needed Accurately take food and Accurately take food & beverage orders, accommodating dietary requirement

- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professional
n
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
n
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
n
- Process payments efficiently and handle guest requests with car
n
- Promote menu specials and upsell items to enhance guest experience
n
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health regulations
n
- Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
n

Skills & Experience:

n

- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
n
- Sound knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (training provided)
n
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
n
- Commitment to delivering results and maintaining high standards
