DevelopAg are looking for an experienced dozer operator to join the team, operating a brand-new CAT D8 dozer, running Trimble and autosteer, working across the Maranoa and Central Queensland for the remainder of the 2026 season, with ongoing work into 2027.

DevelopAg is an agricultural development company, servicing clients across Queensland. You will be doing work across the Maranoa and Central Queensland region.

n

Operating CAT D8 dozer across a range of agricultural development projects on remote pastoral properties including:

n

Cutter-barring

n

Stick raking

n

Agricultural earthworks

n

Operation of other heavy machinery as required

n

DevelopAg are looking for an operator with experience in large-scale pastoral development along with:

n

Experienced in the operation of dozer, graders & loaders

n

Ability to carry out daily repairs & maintenance

n

Replacement of cutting edges & wear components

n





Able to work 12-hour days & alternating day/night shifts

n

Available for the remainder of the season - there will be time off, but no set roster

n

Capable, reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work

n

Comfortable working remotely and being camped out on stations

n

Valid driver's licence

n

Starting rate $50/hr + super

n

Trimble & autosteer

n

Camped out on stations, with food & fully equipped camp accommodation supplied (or bring your own caravan)

n

Work through the remainder of 2026, with ongoing work into 2027

n
