We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Rostering Coordinator to join our supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and problem-solving. Working closely with the Clinical Manager and staff across our facilities, you will play a vital role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, supporting quality care outcomes for our residents.

About the Role

n

As part of our Rostering team, you will:

n

- Maintain, and distribute staff rosters to meet operational requirements.
n
- Monitor staff availability, leave requests, and roster changes to ensure appropriate coverage.
n
- Coordinate permanent and casual staff to fill roster gaps in a timely and cost-effective manner.
n
- Work closely with managers and payroll to ensure roster accuracy and workforce compliance.
n
- Communicate roster updates promptly and maintain accurate workforce records.

- Support workforce planning initiatives and assist with day-to-day rostering administration.
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in rostering or workforce scheduling, with aged care or healthcare experience highly regarded
n
- Exceptional computer and system skills
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Knowledge of relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and compliance requirements would be advantageous but not essential.
