Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Customer Response Consultant to join our Customer Contact Centre team on a 12-month max-term, full time basis.
You'll handle multi-channel enquiries with empathy, connecting customers and families with the right Anglicare services.The role requires at least 12 months in a customer contact centre, robust communication, problem-solving and data-entry skills, and experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Hours are 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
