Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for our next team member to join us:
Carpenter / Maintenance Handyperson – MORWELL
Applicants must currently reside in the Bass Coast or South Gippsland Shire regions due to the geographical requirements of this role.
Role Requirements
The role involves a broad range of property maintenance and carpentry works, including but not limited to:
General property maintenance and carpentry
Lock changes and repairs
Plaster and door repairs
Basic and full tile replacement
Painting skills – highly desirable
Must have own tools
We are looking for someone who is:
Resilient and reliable
Experienced in property maintenance and/or carpentry
Able to demonstrate a stable work history
Positive,



flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
A team player with a robust work ethic
Able to work independently and manage their daily workload
The successful applicant will be required to participate in the Company's After Hours Call Out Roster.

Work progress, job updates and completions are managed through a mobile phone app using a company-supplied phone.
Full training will be provided.
Applicants must:
Hold a current Manual Driver Licence
Have their own tools
Hold a current White Card or equivalent
Be willing to undergo a full pre-employment medical examination if successful
