Strata Assistant | CBD Fringe | Up to $80K + SuperWe're looking for a Strata Assistant to join a well-established boutique strata business and work closely alongside an experienced Strata Manager.
You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio, while gaining valuable exposure to the wider strata management process.This is a excellent prospect for someone who already has strata experience and wants to build their knowledge, take on more responsibility and progress their career.What's in it for you?

committees and contractorsAssist with setting up and amending company proceduresPrepare presentations and supporting documentationProvide general administrative and operational support to the Strata ManagerAbout YouWe're looking for someone who has previous strata experience and is ready to take the next step in their career.
