ECP Polyurethanes is an established Australian manufacturer known for supplying polyurethane-lined and steel-fabricated products to some of the world's largest mining operations.
We're a close-knit team that takes pride in our work, and we're looking for a skilled fabricator to help strengthen our fabrication shop.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their craft and wants a reliable position with the autonomy to make a real impact.
The Role
We are currently looking for either a Boliermaker / Sheet metal fabricator / Machinist.
What a typical day looks like (depends on applicants experiece)
Work from drawings and schedules to complete fabrication tasks independently
Perform sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing
Carry out structural and pipe fabrication where required (experience dependent)
Operate workshop machinery, including lathes, mills, and general fabrication equipment
Inspect your work and maintain quality standards
Identify process improvements and raise them with the team
What We're Looking For
Boiler maker:
At least 2 years of hands-on fabrication experience
Confident and competent with GMAW/GTAW




Machinist:
Basic machining experience with a lathe, mill, or similar equipment (trade qualified not required)
General:
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
