About us
Florafolia is a wholesale plant nursery based in Alstonville, Northern NSW, growing tropical foliage, indoor plants and advanced trees sold across Australia.
We were recently awarded the Best Plant Production Nursery in NSW and we are looking for a Nursery Hand to help us maintain and build on this.

Qualifications & experience
Experience working in a production nursery workplace preferred
Excellent work ethic – positive, reliable, punctual, and proactive
Physically fit and high energy
Exceptional attention to detail
Team player
Able to follow processes and direction to carry out desired tasks




Horticultural qualifications desirable but not essential
Enjoys working outside, all year round
Current drivers licence
Car licence (C class) required
Australian work rights required for this position
Tasks & responsibilities
Planting plants on our various planting machines
Growing & maintaining high quality plants
Preparing growing areas for new plants to go down
Picking plants for customer orders
Preparing plants for sale, with a focus on detail
Weeding
Benefits
Full time roles are available Monday to Friday, up to 38 hours per week.
Pay will be commensurate with qualifications and experience within the Nursery Award.
We have a weekly BBQ lunch and every permanent team member gets a paid birthday day off.
