We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team and become a key part of the day-to-day running of the business.
You'll work closely with our Director and Operations Manager, while working alongside our existing accounts administrator to help coordinate the office, trades, customers, jobs and financial administration.Key responsibilitiesManaging and coordinating the day-to-day office operationsScheduling and prioritising jobs across our trades teamWorking closely with the Operations Manager to keep jobs moving efficientlyCoordinating customers, trades, suppliers and subcontractorsManaging job flow from booking through to completionAssisting with quoting,



invoicing and accounts administrationSupporting Xero bookkeeping and financial administrationFollowing up outstanding invoices and paymentsMaintaining accurate job and customer recordsSupporting the Director and Operations Manager with business administrationAbout youPrevious experience in an Office Manager or senior administration roleStrong Xero and accounting experienceExcellent scheduling and job-prioritisation skillsStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and take ownershipConfidence dealing with tradespeople, customers and suppliersStrong computer and systems skillsA practical, problem-solving mindsetAbout usHinterland Glassworx is a growing, hands-on trade business with a solid team culture and big plans for the future.
