Frizelle Sunshine Automotive in Tweed Heads is seeking a Service Advisor to be the friendly face of the service department, connecting customers with the workshop and ensuring they feel heard and confident in the care their vehicle receives.
You will greet customers, collect faults, present quotes, and keep clients updated on progress, while coordinating bookings and loan vehicles to keep the department running smoothly.
A current driver's licence is required.
