At the Coogee Bay Hotel, we are passionate about delivering extraordinary guest experiences. We're on the lookout for passionate Cocktail Bartenders to join our team over our bustling summer season. You will play a large role delivering unforgettable guest experiences across our bars, dining spaces, and functions over our busy summer period.

About the role:

- Deliver extraordinary guest experiences, every shift
n
- Prepare and mix a variety of traditional and sophisticated cocktails
n
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
- Keep the bar stocked, organised, and ready for service
n
- Comply with RSA regulations to ensure safe,



professional service

About You:

n

n
- Flexible to work across a seven-day rotating roster (including New Year's Eve)
n
- Solid knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail basics
n
- Driven to deliver quality beverages with attention to detail
n
- Confident under pressure, able to manage multiple guests at once
n
- 1+ year of bartending experience preferred
n
- Positive work ethic, team player attitude, and a love for hospitality
n
- Current RSA certificate required
