About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Casual Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Working across the Greater Sydney region, you will provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and ongoing support in clients' homes.

n

Your caseload may include NDIS participants, older people, clients with complex care needs and clients requiring Rehabilitation in the Home following illness, injury, surgery or hospitalisation.

n

You will help clients improve their mobility, strength, balance, confidence and independence within their own environment. Working closely with clients, families, carers and our clinical team, you will develop practical, individualised rehabilitation programs aligned with each client's goals and circumstances. This role is suited to a Physiotherapist who values flexibility, clinical autonomy and community-based care, while remaining connected to a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in clients' homes
n
- Develop and deliver individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
n
- Provide Rehabilitation in the Home following illness, injury, surgery or hospitalisation
n
- Support clients to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, function and independence
n
- Provide services to NDIS participants and clients with diverse or complex clinical needs
n




- Establish meaningful, person-centred goals and monitor progress against agreed outcomes
n
- Collaborate with nursing, allied health and other members of the multidisciplinary team
n
- Liaise effectively with clients, families, carers, support coordinators and healthcare professionals
n
- Recommend mobility aids, assistive equipment and other supports where appropriate
n
- Educate clients, families and carers on safe mobility, exercises and strategies to maximise independence
n
- Complete accurate and timely assessments, reports, progress notes and other clinical documentation
n

About You

n

You are a capable and compassionate clinician who enjoys working independently in the community and helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes in their own environment.

n

n
- A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
n
- Experience with NDIS participants, community-based clients, aged care clients and/or rehabilitation services
n
- Experience supporting recovery following illness, injury, surgery or hospitalisation will be highly regarded
n
- Strong assessment, treatment planning and clinical reasoning skills
n




- Experience completing clinical documentation and reports
n
- Confidence and ability to work autonomously in clients' homes
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A cooperative and genuinely person-centred approach to care
n
- A current driver's licence, reliable car and ability to travel to clients in the community
n
- Relevant screening and compliance requirements for working with NDS participants
n
