Etsu Izakaya on the Gold Coast is seeking experienced wait staff or supervisors to join our team. Nestled along the Gold Coast Highway, we are known for vibrant atmosphere and modern Japanese cuisine, with a focus on delivering memorable service.

Candidates must have 1–2 years experience working in a rapid-paced restaurant or bar. You should be eager to learn about Japanese food, sake and wine, and deliver outstanding hospitality to every guest.
