Job Description

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator to assist clients in the community, promoting independence and well‐being in Plainland. You will visit clients at home, provide daily living support, and help with transportation and appointments on a casual basis.

CPR and First Aid are required before starting, and a valid driver's license with vehicle access is essential. You will work mainly Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, with travel to nearby towns as needed, and enjoy adaptable work
