Job Description

Northgate is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the premium service team in Australia. You will handle phones and Salesforce cases, respond to emails, and process service requests while maintaining high quality and productivity.

The role offers a mix of in office and home-based work after permanent conversion, with a roster from 9am–5pm and potential shift changes. A customer-focused attitude and experience with Office 365 are essential.
