Debutant Dining and Debbi's is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in Wollongong, NSW. This is a part time position that offers flexibility whilst delivering exceptional service to our guests. As Front of House Staff, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. Your role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in hospitality and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities

n

Completing beverage orders accurately and efficiently, with some food orders at times

n

Serving beverages with attention to detail and presentation standards

n

Providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, wines, and specials

n

Processing payments and managing the point-of-sale system

n

Clearing and resetting tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for the next service, when necessary

n

Supporting FOH operations while providing beverage service

n

Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns

n

Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations

n

Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery

n

What we're looking for

n

Previous experience in hospitality, dining, or bar service roles

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service

n

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure

n

Knowledge beverage including wine and cocktails

n





Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

n

Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

n

Team player attitude with a positive and professional demeanour

n

Relevant RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or ability to obtain it

n

Experience with point-of-sale systems is desirable but not essential
