About the Role

n

You'll support both underwriting and claims functions, delivering end‐to‐end client service while building genuine technical insurance knowledge,



the kind that sets up a long‐term career, not just a job.

Client Service

n

Deliver high-quality service across underwriting and claims

n

Respond to enquiries and elevate complex matters as needed

n

Account Management

n

Manage quotes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and policy changes

n

Maintain accurate client records from onboarding through renewal

n

Claims Support

n

Lodge and process claim within authority

n

Liaise with suppliers, follow up on outstanding matters, and assist with dispute resolution

n

Administration & Compliance

n

Handle receipting, filing, credit control, banking and compliance

n

Work within internal policies and the Salesforce CRM

n

Business Support

n

Assist with proposals, marketing activity and tailored insurance solutions

n

Stay current with industry changes and best practice

n

What We're Looking For

n

Experience in customer service, call centres, administration, sales or client support

n

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

n

High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

n

A genuine willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry

n

Business or rural/farming background (highly regarded, not essential)

n

Reliable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a real concern for accuracy and quality

n

Experience & Accreditation

n

Assistant Account Executive: no insurance experience required - full training and mentoring provided

n

Senior Account Executive: prior insurance experience preferred

n

Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation under the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA) is required for this role - if you don't already hold it, we'll support you to obtain it as part of your training

n

Satisfactory National Police Check and ASIC clearance required prior to commencement

n

Flexible work arrangements available after successful completion of training
