Our client, Metele Pty Ltd (Wagga Trucks), a local family owned business founded in 1997 is looking for qualified Auto Electricians to join their team based at NSW.

- A$70,000 - A$85,000 PA depending on experience

The Person:
n
n
- Previous experience in a similar role, having worked on commercial vehicles
n
- Trade qualification in Auto Electrician
n
- Have a valid driver's license
n
- Have a valid forklift licence preferred but not essential
n
- Available to travel to various locations when needed.
n
- Knowledge and experience of modern heavy vehicle and trailer electrical and electronic systems.
n
- Be self-motivated and work in a professional manner.
n
- Team player with the ability to work unsupervised
n

The Role:
n
n
- Accurately note and complete service repair orders
n
- Carry out service and repairs according to manufacturers specification
n
- Complete electrical fit out to new vehicle / trailer builds
n
- Attend electrical breakdowns if required
n
- Ensure all installations, service and repairs are accurately documented and to quality standards
n
- EBS brake system maintenance
n
- Solid Knowledge of electrical Systems
n
- Experience with heavy vehicles is highly regarded
n
