Yeppoon Family Practice is seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker or Practitioner to join our community-focused team on a part time basis. You will build trusted relationships with First Nations patients, support access to primary healthcare and contribute to culturally respectful care across the Capricorn Coast.

You will work 3 days per week alongside GPs, Nurses and Admin staff, with onboarding and ongoing professional development to strengthen chronic disease
