Customer Service/Sales Support
n Location: Hallam Office/Showroom

We are Australia's leading manufacturer and supplier of premium home and commercial air purifiers, proudly offering high-quality, Australian-made products. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Support person to join our small team at our Hallam office which includes a small showroom & warehouse.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, sales, and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading Australian company. You'll need to have a strong phone presence and be able to provide excellent customer support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding to enquiries and requests in a qualified and timely manner or directing them to the appropriate team members.
n
- You will proactively manage the day-to-day sales administration, assist the sales team with administrative tasksinc generating quotesinvoices.
n
- Offer in-person customer service through scheduled appointments at our showroom.This includes handling packages up to 20kg.
n
- Liaising with warehouse, logistics and sales team at our NSW head office.
n




- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our technical product.
n

What You Bring

n

n
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service or sales administration role.
n
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment is desired.
n
- First-class customer service skills with a passion for helping customers achieve positive outcomes.
n
- Excellent phone manner, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of customers including both residential and corporate clients.
n
- Ability to multitask, have an excellent attention to detail and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace. Experience with Shopify and Xero highly desirable but not required.
n
- Strong aptitude for learning technical product information and using it to enhance sales performance.
n
- A professional, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
