The Opportunity

PWR is a global leader in advanced cooling solutions, trusted by Formula 1, NASCAR, Supercars, aerospace and high-performance automotive customers worldwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Technical Services team.

n

About the Role

n

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll develop, improve and support manufacturing processes across our production environment, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

n

Working closely with Design, Production and Quality teams, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new product introductions and help solve complex manufacturing challenges.

n

Your Skills & Experience

n

n
- Qualified in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related Engineering discipline.
n
- Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles, including process design, process capability, materials behaviour and Design for Manufacture (DFM)
n
- Experience improving production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
n
- Experience with tooling, fixturing, process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across production, quality and engineering teams.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
