NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Manager at the NRMA Blue Dolphin Yamba in Yamba, NSW, Australia.
The role focuses on leading the Guest Experience (activities) team and developing a agile program to delight guests of all ages.
You will design and deliver a broad range of events, sometimes hosting and leading activities yourself, while ensuring safety and inclusivity.
Weekend and school-holiday flexibility is essential, with training provided to bring out the best in the team.
