Job Description
Village Cinemas in Victoria is seeking a Duty Manager to lead front‐of‐house operations and support the guest experience during peak times.
Reporting to the site senior leadership team, you will open and close the venue, manage rosters, coach the team on service steps, and handle guest escalations to ensure smooth and welcoming operations.
