About the Role
As a Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients across assessment, treatment, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations
Develop, implement, and review individual care plans
Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis management
Administer and monitor medications safely
Support patients and their families throughout their recovery journey
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community services
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
About You




Registered Nurse with currentAHPRA registration
Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing (acute, crisis, community, inpatient or AOD)
Robust clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to patient-centred care and recovery-oriented practice
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
