There are multiple prospects for career advancement for superstar performers.
Duties include startup/shutdown activities, root cause analysis with automation technicians and engineering, and solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and general mechanical tasks is desirable.
