Abbotsleigh in Sydney invites a dedicated Senior Resident to join the McCredie House leadership team, supporting Years 8–10 boarders.
The role combines pastoral care with residential operations and in office accommodation.
As second-in-charge, you will mentor Boarding Assistants, manage wellbeing documentation, coordinate routines, and act as a senior decision-maker during evenings, weekends and delegated periods.
