Senior Retail Assistant / Shift Manager – Full Time

As a Senior Retail Assistant / Shift Manager, you will help lead the team during your shift while ensuring our customers receive excellent service and the store operates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

n

- Supervising and supporting team members during shifts
n
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
- Opening and/or closing the store as required
n
- Managing registers, cash handling and daily transactions
n
- Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
n
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management
n
- Ensuring workplace health, safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
n
- Assisting with staff training and onboarding
n
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
n




- Delegating tasks and ensuring daily priorities are completed
n

About you

- Has previous supermarket, grocery experience
n
- Has leadership or supervisory experience, or is ready to take the next step
n
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Has a positive attitude and robust work ethic
n
- Can work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
n
