A business that rarely hires, an exciting opportunity has arisen for aJuniorCommercial Property Manager to support the Commercial team and Senior Commercial Property Manager.

Our client is looking for the Assistant Commercial Property Manager to step into a Commercial Property Manager role in the near future (6 - 12 months), so on top of the great base salary on offer, you will be rewarded with financial and career progression incentives as well.

Your duties will include:

n

n
- Building solid relationships with landlords and vendors
n




- Attending property inspections and preparation of condition reports
n
- Compiling monthly financial and written reports
n
- Managing tenant arrears
n
- Oversee a very manageable portfolio of your own
n
- Following up all tasks set out from the Commercial Property Manager
n

n

To be considered, you will have:

n

n
- At least 12 months experience within a similar, commercial & Industrial role
n
- Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
- A real passion for property management
n
- Outstanding client services
n
- A current Certificate Of Registration
