You'll assist with daily living, community participation, and innovative programs designed to enhance wellbeing, while supporting individuals with diverse needs. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll help create protected, environments where participants can thrive and achieve their goals.

What you will be doing

- Assisting and encouraging participation in daily living activities.
n
- Encouraging participation in community activities and fostering social connections through providing companionship and emotional support, promoting independence, choice and control.
n
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
n
- Working with single and/or multiple participant to facilitate choice and control over their goals.
n
- Supporting participant through transport, companionship and mobility.
n

Skills and experience

n

n




- Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant experience with willingness to study)
n
- Minimum of two years' experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
n
- A compassionate, flexible, and empathetic attitude.
n
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office, MS Teams and Client care apps.
n
- Current Driver License and a reliable, registered, comprehensively insured vehicle.
n
- First Aid, CPR Certificate and NDIS worker screening.
n
