calendars and paymentsReceipting and reconciling paymentsManaging customer requests and directing enquiries to the appropriate teamsGeneral administration, records, correspondence and data entrySupporting venue hire, invoicing and community activitiesLiaising with internal teams, community groups, clubs and facility usersWe are looking for someone who is confident dealing with a broad range of people, can remain calm when handling difficult enquiries and is organised enough to keep things moving in a busy environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Office and administrative skills are key, with previous Local Government or community services experience highly regarded.You will also need a current Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance.Why consider it?
