Heal Dental Care is a busy, family-owned dental practice in Burleigh Heads with a close-knit team that takes a lot of pride in the care we provide and the way we work together.
We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is switched on, hardworking and reliable and who genuinely enjoys being part of a team. Someone who takes pride in doing things well, uses their initiative, notices what needs to be done and is always willing to contribute.
The Opportunity
This is a full time role of 38 hours across 4 days per week , offering the benefit of completing your full-time hours over four working days.
You’ll work alongside our team of 8 clinicians and 9 auxiliary staff, supporting the smooth running of our surgeries and helping us provide a consistently high standard of care to our patients.
Applicants must be willing to participate in weekend work on a rotating roster.
You’ll be experienced in:
- Chair-side assisting
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Stock control
- Clinical note taking
- Patient management
- Keeping surgeries organised, prepared and running efficiently
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- Switched on and able to use initiative
- Professional and mature
- Organised and attentive to detail
- Confident communicating with patients
- A genuine team player who is willing to learn and contribute
Experience with D4W is an advantage.
