Details of the position include:
n
Assist in the negotiation and administration of commercial leases
n
Taking prospective tenant enquiries and inspections
n
Liaising with owners, contractors, tenants and solicitors
n
Arranging and follow up of repairs and maintenance
n
Weekly Periodic Inspections
n
Preparation of marketing material
n
Previous Property Management experience within Commercial or Residential Real Estate is preferred but not essential however, a strong interest in Real Estate is a must!
