Job Description

BOQ Group in Indooroopilly is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to welcome customers and understand their financial goals, delivering personalised banking solutions. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and team to drive exceptional service.

Responsibilities include handling loan maintenance tasks, identifying referrals to Home Lending and Business Banking, booking appointments, and coaching Customer Service Officers.
