Job Description

McArthur is seeking an experienced OSHC Program Lead to guide an inclusive care program for children and young people with disability. This 0.8 FTE role covers after care and Vacation Care hours, requiring a Diploma-level qualification and robust leadership with knowledge of NQF and Child Safe Standards.

You will lead the OSHC team, coordinate enrolments and engage families, ensuring safe, high-quality care across Mornington, Queensland.
