Job Description

We're a Brisbane-based field services contractor. We deliver water meter replacements on a major South East Queensland utility program. We're building a small crew of licensed plumbers who take pride in quality work and want to be paid properly for it.

The work

- Converting manifold meters to inline meters, on soft and hard surfaces
n
- Meter replacements, leak repairs and minor site works
n
- Recording photos and job details on phone at each site
n
- Working your own zone of suburbs, so you spend less time driving and more time on jobs
n
- All materials supplied, with no quoting and no chasing invoices
n

What you get

- $37.50/hr base rate, well above the award ($1,425 for a 38-hour week)
n
- Uncapped weekly bonus, paid with your wages. At about 8 jobs a day you'd add around $250 a week, and at about 9 a day around $460 a week.

- Daily tally of your bonus, so you always know what you've earned

- Take-home company ute and fuel card

- $60/week tool allowance

- Uniforms and PPE supplied

- Monday to Friday, with an RDO every 4 weeks and no weekend work
n
- $250 bonus for every 4 weeks with zero callbacks, and $2,500 when you reach 12 months

What you need

n

n
- Current QBCC plumbing licence
n
- White Card
n
- Current Queensland driver licence (class C)
n
- Experience on water services. Water meter or manifold conversion experience is a plus.
n
- Comfortable using a phone app and taking job photos
n
- Safety-first attitude and happy with physical, outdoor work
n
- Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
