About the role:

This is a full-time, permanent position where your ability to build real relationships directly shapes the experience customers have at one of Queensland's most recognised automotive groups.

Your day-to-day will include:
n
n
- Guiding customers through the full vehicle purchase journey, from first enquiry to handover, so every interaction leaves a lasting impression
n
- Managing a pipeline of new and follow-up enquiries, giving you genuine ownership over your results and earning potential
n
- Presenting and demonstrating new vehicles in a way that matches each customer's needs, building confidence and trust at every step
n
- Working closely with the finance and management team to deliver complete, seamless purchase experiences
n
- Maintaining accurate records and following up with customers post-sale to grow your personal client base over time
n

About you:
n
You bring a genuine interest in people and a track record of achieving results in a customer-facing environment.
n
A little more about you:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a strong background in retail or customer service sales gives you a head start
n
- A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations
n
- Negotiation comes naturally to you,
and you understand how to listen before you lead

- Targets motivate rather than stress you, and you take pride in hitting them consistently

- Solid communication skills mean you're equally comfortable on the phone, over email, or face to face
