New temporary position available NOW - 3 months approx. with strong potential for extension and | or permanent

End-to-end B2B customer service role including handling customer phone inquiries and processing orders

n

Great team workplace. Mon to Fri. 08:30am to 04:30pm (with occasional later shift)

To $36.81 per hour + on-site parking

Your Role

n

You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the efficient and accurate management and processing of customer orders & inquiries to ensure the delivery of a great customer experience.

n

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

n

n




- Managing and processing inbound customer contacts relating to order inquiries, order placement, product, supply, pricing& delivering questions (via phone & email)
n
- Composing accurate & prompt replies to all customer correspondence
n
- Reviewing and entering customer orders
n
- Maintaining & updating the database
n
- Processing credits & returns; opening new customer accounts; preparing quotes
n

Required Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Previous experience in a product-based high-volume inbound customer service role including the processing of orders
n
- Accurate keyboard skills and computer literacy
n
- Exposure to Medical | Healthcare or FMCG industries an advantage
n
- Experience using SAP (or similar) preferred
n
