We're looking for a creative Chef de Partie who loves to learn and wants to grow with our kitchen team. You'll be part of a fun, dedicated team and culture where you'll be supported and encouraged to develop your skills.

This is a full-time position, so full working rights in Australia and full availability across a rotating roster, including early, late, weekend and public holiday shifts, are required.

About the Role

n

n
- Daily food preparation in line with food safety standards and practices
n
- Preparing the right food quantities for daily service
n
- Keeping up to date with new products, recipes and preparation techniques
n
- Working across all areas of the kitchen
n
- Supporting the Head Chef with ordering and stock control
n
- Working with other kitchen sections on cleanliness, wastage and cost control
n
- Completing weekly stocktakes
n




- Maintaining compliance with all aspects of the Food Licence
n
- Going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
n

What We Need From You

n

n
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and/or 3+ years' full-time experience as a Chef
n
- Confidence and skill in all sections of a kitchen
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- The ability to maintain consistent standards of quality, presentation and hygiene
n
- An eye for detail and a passion for creating creative, high-quality food
n
- The ability to manage, train and develop junior staff
n
- Experience developing current dishes, concepts, menus and products
n
