Dental Assistant / Reception All-Rounder

We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant / Reception All-Rounder who enjoys variety, is confident working both chairside and at reception, and takes pride in making a positive impact on our patients, team and practice.

This is a hands‐on role where you'll work closely with our clinicians and patients across all areas of the practice.

n

About the role

n

Your days will be varied, moving between clinical assisting and reception throughout the day.

n

You'll be involved in:

n

- Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
n
- Maintaining high standards of infection control
n
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm first impression
n
- Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
n
- Coordinating appointments and processing payments
n
- Supporting the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
n

You understand that excellent patient care isn't just about what happens in the dental chair. It's also about the greeting at reception, the way the phone is answered, keeping the surgery prepared and noticing the little things that help patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Experience

n

Dental experience is essential.

n

We're particularly interested in someone who has experience as a dental all-rounder.

n

Experience with dental software, treatment coordination and high-level communication is highly regarded.

You'll receive training in our practice systems, workflows and patient journey, with ongoing support as you settle into the role.
