The Role





n

This is a 12-month contract position, with the potential to become permanent.

n

You'll manage a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 105 properties.

n

Following your initial onboarding and training period, the role transitions to be based from home, with 1 day per fortnight in our office to collect keys and check in with the team.

n

This is a high-trust, autonomous role suited to someone who is organised, accountable, and comfortable managing a portfolio independently — while staying connected with the team through structured systems and regular communication.

n

It suits someone who takes pride in managing a portfolio to a high standard without needing constant oversight.

n

You'll be supported by clear processes, a dedicated admin and VA team, and leadership that genuinely understands property management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Landlord and tenant relationship management

- Leasing and tenant selection

- Routine and final inspections
n
- Lease renewals and rent review coordination
n
- Maintenance coordination
n
- Arrears management (with structured support)
n
- Ensuring legislative compliance

About You

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- 3 to 5+ years of residential property management experience, with experience managing your own portfolio end to end.
n
- Current WA registration
n
- Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation
n
- Confident communication and conflict resolution skills
n
- High attention to detail
n
- A calm, steady and professional approach

Portfolio Location

n

Our current Property Manager is heading off on maternity leave, so we're looking for the right person to step into her well‐managed portfolio on a 12-month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

n

You'll be taking over a tightly grouped portfolio across Wattle Grove, Forrestfield, High Wycombe, Victoria Park and surrounding South‐East Perth suburbs.

n

Our current Property Manager will provide a comprehensive handover and will remain available to support you and answer any questions throughout the transition.

n

We structure inspection days efficiently and are open to practical discussions for the right person.
