We're growing and currently looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Dental Assistants to join our Bendigo team.

What You'll Be Doing

n

As a Dental Assistant at Clarity Dental, you'll work closely with our clinicians and wider team to provide a smooth,



comfortable and professional experience for every patient.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Providing efficient and attentive chairside assistance to our clinicians
n
- Preparing treatment rooms before procedures
n
- Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
n
- Following infection prevention and control protocols
n
- Ensuring surgeries are appropriately stocked and ready for the day
n
- Supporting clinicians during a variety of dental procedures
n
- Maintaining accurate patient records where required
n
- Following established clinical workflows, checklists and procedures
n
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and organised clinical environment
n
- Communicating warmly and professionally with patients
n
- Working collaboratively with our Front Desk and clinical teams
n
- Contributing to the smooth running of the practice each day
n

Ideally, You'll Also Have

n

n
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
n
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting, or willingness to obtain it
n
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control requirements
n
- Experience with dental software and digital workflows
n

n

Experienced Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply, but we're also open to someone with the right attitude who is eager to learn and build a career in dentistry.
