Future Fitouts is an award-winning commercial construction company specialising in fitouts, refurbishments and new builds across Queensland.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a major project in Springfield with an immediate start available.

n

About the Role

n

This role is based on a large, complex project being delivered within a live operational environment.

n

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple work packages concurrently, managing interfaces between trades, stakeholders and operational activities, while maintaining programme, safety and quality outcomes.

n

Working closely with the Project Manager and project team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage daily site operations and ensure works are delivered in line with the project programme
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics and trade sequencing
n
- Manage multiple concurrent work packages and work fronts
n
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues
n
- Maintain strong safety standards, including inductions, SWMS and compliance requirements
n
- Ensure quality workmanship and qualified site presentation
n
- Maintain site documentation, diaries, photos and compliance records
n
- Liaise effectively with subcontractors, consultants, clients and internal project teams
n




- Support the successful delivery of programme, safety and quality objectives
n

What We're Looking For

n

Essential Criteria

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman within commercial construction
n
- Experience delivering projects in live operational environments with multiple concurrent work packages
n
- Strong ability to manage interfaces, stakeholder impacts and detailed sequencing requirements
n
- Strong knowledge of site safety, subcontractor management and construction sequencing
n
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and site activities simultaneously
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Trade qualification or construction background
n
- Experience in commercial fitouts and refurbishments
n
- Experience working on education, health, government or other operational facilities
n
- Experience using BuildPass, Bluebeam or similar construction software
n
