Shellharbour City Council offers a temporary full time traineeship (up to 24 months) based at Oak Flats Services Depot. You will gain practical skills in horticulture, parks and reserve maintenance, landscape presentation and bush regeneration while completing a Certificate III in Horticulture through Yallah TAFE.

The program starts January 2027, with mentoring, paid on-the-job training, and support to obtain the White Card and medicals.
