Join Advara HeartCare as a full-time Medical Receptionist based at our Armadale clinic.

You'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients while providing essential administrative support to our doctors and clinical team.

What you'll be doing

- Welcoming and supporting patients
n
- Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
n
- Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing
n
- Processing referrals and patient information
n
- Providing accurate and efficient administration
n
- Supporting doctors and the wider clinic team
n
- Ensuring our patients receive a friendly, professional experience from the moment they arrive

- Has excellent communication and attention to detail

- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities

- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems

- Has previous medical reception or healthcare experience (highly regarded)
