Job Description

SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks a Part Time RAC Funding Assessor to join the regional team across Fitzroy, QLD.

The role involves travelling to aged care homes to conduct Residential Aged Care Funding Assessments using the AN-ACC tool, with autonomy and peer support from a RAC Funding Senior Assessor. You will bring 5+ years of post-registration clinical experience in aged care, current AHPRA registration, and robust interviewing and documentation skills.
