Job Description

Kids PoP is a high energy children's program delivering dance, music, movement, sports and themed classes within early learning centres, kindergartens and childcare centres across Melbourne and the Gold Coast.

We are a supportive and creative team of instructors who each run their own classes independently, while staying connected through a positive and collaborative team culture. We are passionate about bringing engaging, confidence-building experiences to children every week.

About the Role

n

As a Kids PoP Cover Instructor, you'll step in to deliver classes when one of our regular instructors is away or unavailable. You will use our existing Kids PoP content, music and props to deliver fun, structured and engaging sessions at the early learning centres. Cover work can be offered across weekdays and is a excellent way to earn extra income without committing to a fixed weekly schedule.

What You Will Be Doing

- Deliver engaging Kids PoP classes using provided content
n
- Create a positive, inclusive and energetic class environment
n
- Confidently lead and manage groups of young children
n
- Build strong relationships with children and centre staff
n
- Bring personality, creativity and consistency to each session
n
- Represent the Kids PoP brand with professionalism
n

- Confident, outgoing and reliable individuals

- A genuine passion for working with children

- Experience in dance, performing,



fitness or early childhood is highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Someone who enjoys an active and hands-on role
n
- Availability during school hours Monday to Friday and school holidays

Requirements

- Working With Children Check or Blue Card
n
- First Aid Certificate
n
- ABN or willingness to obtain one
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable wheels
n
- Full Australian working rights

Classes typically run between one and three hours during daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
