Johns Lyng Group is seeking a proactive administrator to support a national insurance account from our Murarrie office. You will coordinate with the National Account Manager and liaise across insurers, clients, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role focuses on maintaining portal updates, meeting SLA targets, and providing accurate, timely updates and documentation to support solid account performance.
