Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime chance? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Attendant to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a customer service enthusiast with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. In this dynamic role, you will provide Food & Beverage service across a variety of our dining venues, delivering friendly and professional service to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Duties

- Follow outlet-specific sequence of service
- Prepare and serve beverages as required, whilst also following NT RSA laws and house policy
- Ensure dietary requirements are acknowledged and addressed to all relevant parties
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all touch points in the guest journey

You'll Bring

- Experience working in multiple food & beverage operations – café, a la carte, banquet and bar
- NT certified RSA Qualification
- Knowledge in coffee, wine, beer, spirits and cocktails (preferred)
- Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
- Strong commitment to high standard of customer service
- Have a good level of written and verbal English communication skills
