The Y Mayfield West OSHC is a community-focused Out of School Hours Care service located within the Mayfield West Public School community, that values connection, curiosity and play. Operating Before School, After School and Vacation Care, the Centre provides a safe and encouraging space where children are supported to be themselves.

Programs are intentionally designed to foster engagement, skill development and positive peer interactions. Through a mix of hands-on experiences, outdoor play and creative expression, children are encouraged to grow at their own pace. The Y Mayfield West OSHC nurtures a culture of respect and inclusion, helping children feel confident, capable and excited to learn beyond the classroom.

Essential requirements

- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Relevant qualification, or working towards a qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, OSHC or a related field
- Availability to work across operational service hours
