VMG Print Group is an Australian-owned manufacturer based in Brendale. We've been in business for over 31 years, and we print promotional, industrial and automotive products for some of Australia's best-known brands. We're a small, close-knit, quality-assured team working in a contemporary, clean and well-organised facility.
The role
We're looking for a full-time Screen Printing Operator to join our production team. You don't need experience. We provide full on-the-job training. If you've done screen printing before, especially on non-textile materials, that's a big plus.
This isn't t-shirt printing. You'll print on plastics, metals, decals and other hard materials. The work is precise and varied, and at the end of the day you can see and be proud of what you've made.
What you'll do
- Set up and run screen printing equipment
- Print on a range of materials such as plastics, metals and decals
- Check that ink coverage, alignment and curing are right every time
- Keep your equipment and work area clean and in valuable order
- Follow job specs and quality standards
- Work with the team to get jobs out on time
What we're looking for
- A good work ethic, and someone who turns up on time and ready to work
- An eye for detail and pride in quality work
- The ability to follow instructions and work to production deadlines
- Can work within a team or independently
- A forklift licence is handy but not essential
